Today marks a landmark in the creation of DogDoov. Our website has been published! The timeline for the launch of the business and products is now well underway:
- Beginning of July 2024 - First stock available for sale
- End of September 2024 - DogDoov launches to trade at the PATS 2024 exhibition in Telford, UK.
DogDoov is the brainchild of Joe Denham who many in the garden and pet industries will be aware of as the co-founder of the global market leading VegTrug raised bed planter. The idea for DogDoov is now being brought to fruition in 2024 with Joe having completed a year of research, design work, setup and preparation.
Visit any pet store and search for a dog bed and you will see something like this:
Joe realised that the market for dog beds was dominated by cheap, unattractive products that, in many cases were not fit for purpose and certainly were not very friendly to the environment. The idea for DogDoov was born! This is how DogDoov will be presented in store:
DogDoov allows the customer to take the cover and net home and utilise old bedding and clothing which would otherwise have been thrown away. This simple idea has the added benefit of allowing your dog to smell your clothing and therefore be more likely to take to their new bed straight away.
We are really looking forward to sharing our DogDoov products with you. They have been thoroughly tested for the last year in our home with our 4 DogDoov models. They love DogDoov and we are sure you will too!
